Sweet and delicate flavors for baked goods and savory dishes
This pumpkin powder is perfect for Fall-themed baked goods like muffins and cookies, but I even use it on savory dishes like roasted potatoes alongside allspice or cinnamon to add flavor depth. It is much sweeter and milder than typical American pumpkin products, almost tea-like, and tastes much fresher, making it a more versatile ingredient. This is easily my favorite pumpkin ingredient.
