Green bell pepper powder has no bitter taste or smell and tastes like Matcha. It has a slightly sweet flavor, making it easy to eat. It is rich in heat-resistant vitamin C, so you can enjoy the benefits of vitamin C by adding it to various dishes.

Our company immediately processes freshly harvested green bell pepper into powder. To preserve their color, aroma, and nutrients, we package the powder in 50g Mylar bags and provide nine bags per order.

The powder sealed in Mylar bags can be stored long-term (up to two years after production).
