Japanese sweet pumpkin power 400g (14oz) 8 mylar bags containing 50g
Pumpkins from the region of Bungo-Ono, located almost in the middle of the Kyushu region in the southern part of the Japanese archipelago, are made into a powder using a unique additive-free process.
A special heat-drying method combining steam heating and low-temperature drying, and a state-of-the-art stone mill process inherited from ancient Japanese flour milling technology, have resulted in a sweet and tasty powder with as little loss of nutrients in the pumpkin as possible.
We are confident that you will be able to experience its delicious taste when you compare them. You can make delicious pumpkin potage or soup easily and quickly when you are busy. It can also be easily used in breads and pastries.
We are confident that our pumpkin powder is the most popular product in Japan.

This pumpkin powder is perfect for Fall-themed baked goods like muffins and cookies, but I even use it on savory dishes like roasted potatoes alongside allspice or cinnamon to add flavor depth. It is much sweeter and milder than typical American pumpkin products, almost tea-like, and tastes much fresher, making it a more versatile ingredient. This is easily my favorite pumpkin ingredient.
