Why not use spinach powder to fight anaemia?

Around the age of 30, I had a duodenal ulcer that caused an internal haemorrhagic condition, resulting in extreme anaemia. When I saw a doctor, he suggested that I should be prescribed medication to stop the duodenal bleeding and haematopoietics to improve the anaemia, but as haematopoietics aggravate duodenal ulcers, I was given injections of haematopoietic fluid (iron).
After one month, the symptoms improved significantly. From this experience, I learnt that iron is highly effective in haematopoiesis.
There are several iron-rich foods, spinach being one of them. By making it into a powder, the iron is concentrated and a small amount is sufficient to replenish the required amount. A spinach powder smoothie is recommended for those who are anemic on a regular basis.
