Our products are not well known abroad, if at all. For this reason, we asked for monitors to understand our products and obtain opinions from U.S. consumers.
At this point, we have two monitors through an acquaintance, and we have sent seven kinds of vegetable powder and one kind of rice flour to their homes for them to try. The feedback from the tastings was very positive for us.
The pumpkin powder was especially well received. It was described as very sweet and mild. Pumpkin powder is one of the most popular products in Japan.
Our vegetable powder is made using a special process, which takes a lot of time and care. We carefully process carefully selected vegetables and remove the skin and unnecessary parts so that only the tasty parts remain. For this reason, we can only make a few kilos of powder per day. This means that each bag is packed with 50 grams and only about 100 bags can be made.
We make vegetable powder with the hope of delivering freshly picked vegetables to consumers without losing their aroma, color, and the taste and nutritional components of the vegetables themselves.
