Gluten-free English muffins for breakfast.

I made English muffins with rice flour powder.
They are chunky but very savory and delicious!

I split the muffin in half and put a mini hamburger steak in between. I didn't have tomatoes, so I put cucumbers in between.
It was a perfect breakfast.

It tastes different when you put ham and a fried egg in between.
