The recipe is as follows.
60 g rice flour
40 g almond flour
25 g cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50 g chocolate chips
30 g almonds
25 g rice oil
45 g almond milk
Procedure
1. mix rice oil and almond milk well
Add the rice flour, almond pool, cane sugar, and baking powder to the bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
3. add chocolate chips and almonds and mix together
4. divide the dough into 6 pieces
5. Place the cookie dough on a cookie sheet lined baking sheet and flatten the dough with your hands.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 24 minutes.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet because they are still soft after baking.
