I looked into the possibility of easily making French bread with rice flour, and campagne seemed like a good idea. I tried making it there and came up with a very tasty campagne. At first, it was difficult to get the shape right, including the coupe, but after some trial and error, I was able to make it, so I decided to take pictures and introduce them here.
The taste was savory and delicious at first bite. The outside was baked hard and the inside was moist and soft. I recommend this.
The fermentation and baking process takes about an hour, but making the dough was unexpectedly easy.
Now that the basic campagne is ready, I will make a more nutritious one with vegetable powder and introduce it to you again.
