Breakfast at our house was primarily a bread meal. This is because my wife prefers bread.
To make breakfast a gluten-free food, we typically ate oatmeal. However, we felt that it was not tasty.
Recently, more and more people in Japan are making bread with rice flour, and you can learn how to make rice flour bread on YouTube. Some people are even starting to prefer rice-flour bread.
So I decided to make rice-flour bread too. First, I tried making white bread, which does not require a mold, and then I tried making campagne. As you can see from the pictures, even an amateur can do it easily.
The best thing is that it was delicious and my wife loved it.
As a result, I have been making rice-flour bread three times a week.
