Using Alfa rice powder as a substitute for flour to make chocolate brownies is a mild, tasty and gluten-free treat.
　Alfa rice powder was previously sold for use in baby food, but it is now so popular for use in confectionery that we have decided to sell it in its own packaging.
　The quantity is 50 g, which is the amount needed to make one batch of chocolate brownies, to save on weighing.
　The rice used is a new variety of rice called Hinohikari from Oita Prefecture (Japan). The rice is characterized by a slight sweetness.
